PRIVACY NOTICE

DeepAim Technologies Inc. (“DeepAim”) has established policies and procedures to govern the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in a manner that balances an individual client’s right to privacy with the need of DeepAim to collect, use or disclose personal information for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations (“Privacy Laws”).
DeepAim adheres to the following 10 principles:

Accountability. DeepAim is responsible for individual client personal information under its control and has designated a Privacy Officer who is generally accountable within the organization for assisting West Face in being compliant with this policy and applicable Privacy Laws.

Identifying Purposes. DeepAim shall identify the purposes for which it collects individual client personal information at or before the time of collection, and in any case, prior to use or disclosure of the personal information for the identified purposes.

Consent. The knowledge and consent of an individual client are required for the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, except where the collection, use or disclosure of such information without such knowledge and consent is permitted by law or a recognized authority. In appropriate circumstances, consent may be implied.

Limiting collection. DeepAim shall limit the collection of personal information to that which is necessary for the purposes that it has identified. Such information shall be collected by fair and lawful means.

Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention. Personal information shall not be used or disclosed for purposes other than the identified purposes, except with the consent of the individual client or as otherwise permitted by law. Personal information shall be retained as required under applicable law.

Accuracy. DeepAim shall keep the personal information as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as is necessary for the identified purposes.

Safeguards. DeepAim shall adopt security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information to protect such personal information.

Openness. DeepAim shall make readily available to individual clients specific information about its policies and procedures, and other policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

Individual Access. Upon written request, DeepAim shall inform an individual client of the existence, use, and disclosure of his or her personal information, will provide such individual client with access to that information, and will permit the individual client to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the personal information.

Compliance Inquiries. An individual client shall be able to address a concern regarding DeepAim’s compliance with the principles expressed here to the Privacy Officer.

When you provide us with your email address when making a general inquiry through this website, we learn your exact e-mail address as well as any other information you may have included in your message. While we may use your e-mail address or other contact information you provide to respond to your inquiries, questions and/or other requests, we do not make your e-mail address or other contact information known to anyone outside of DeepAim.
We assume that an individual has consented to our reasonable collection and use of personal information consistent with the purposes for which the information as given, when the individual initiates contact with us, or voluntarily provides personal information to us, including through the general inquiries form on this website.
